ABOUT ME PAGE

My name is Hazel Lizano Mora, and I am 19 years old. I'm from Pérez Zeledón; I live in Quebrada Honda with my father and my sister.
I started college in 2016. I'm majoring in English Teaching at Universidad Nacional; I am in my third year. Last year, I received a recognition for having the highest grades of all the major. This year I have had the opportunity to be a tutor for freshmen from the Tourism major.

 This blog has been created to provide EFL teachers with creative and innovative ideas for activities to perform in class using different tools, and recommendations regarding the possible use of the tools given. In the same way, this blog aims to encourage teachers to use technology in class because it is an indispensable tool to engage students in the learning process. The use of technology in class helps learners to be more active and learn in a better way. This happens because teenagers in high school are more familiar with technological devices, so it will be much easier and more interesting for them to develop the activities in the EFL classes.

Teachers can take advantage of this tool to reinforce and improve students' writing skill. VoiceThread is a tool that has a wonderful function in English classes. This tool helps to reinforce students' speaking skill, so it is highly recommended for teachers, especially for conversational classes.
